Equiniti – Electronics City Phase 2

The project involved renovating and redesigning a 70000 square feet office space to improve its aesthetics and functionality, with the goal of meeting the client's specific requirements.

Mayon Infra's team of architects and designers worked closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop a custom solution that included meeting rooms, training rooms, a gym, a breakout area, and a revamped reception area. The design also included necessary facilities such as HVAC, false ceiling, fire and safety systems, and provision for necessary electrification, all while maintaining the required Lux Level standards.

Mayon Infra also took care to ensure the use of natural materials wherever possible, in keeping with the company's commitment to sustainable interior design and architecture of the future.

The project was completed within the tight deadline of just sixty days, a feat that was well appreciated and recognized by the client, including their global head.
